Member of various Boards of Directors and President of the Pension Fund Administrator Company.

Pierfrancesco Rampinelli Rota


Lawyer, expert in international taxation, he has assumed responsibility for top management in Italian and Swiss banks. President of CFE Finance SA.

Francesco Magistra


After training in New York he was appointed Representative of the Swiss Bank Corp. in Lima and then to Montevideo. On returning to Switzerland, the Fixed Income Emerging Markets distribution development project resumed, before returning to Lugano as Head of Latin America with responsibility for Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru. Since 2001 he is independent in the Family Office sector.  For several years he edited the columns in the newspapers “Financial Area” of Buenos Aires and “Gestión” of Lima. His passion is his farm in Uruguay. He is married and has 5 children.

Roberto Genasci-Borgna

Managing Partner

Licensed after his theses as Exectuive MBA, he developed during the past 10 years the platform for independent asset managers at international level. His passion is aviation, and during his carreer he worked in various sectors such as tourism, insurance and elite sports. From 2006 he specialized his competences in compliance and administration in the international finance sector.

Pier Alberto Furno


Having started his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1988 as analyst in their investment management division and in 1989 moved on to Lehman Brothers in New York as a portfolio manager. Back in Europe, he spent 1991 till 1999 with CIBC Oppenheimer in London  before returning to Lehman Brothers in 2004 with whom he created in a partnership the independent company that became Nemesis in 2008 after the bankruptcy of the US partner firm.

Throughout his career he managed UCITS funds and discretionary mandates always applying an equity long only value approach.

Fabrizio M. Pierallini


Was appointed as CIO of Osiris Asset Management. Responsible for the asset allocation process, which covers both fixed income and equities. Has been managing both institutional and private client assets  for over 25 years in the US, London and Europe. Has been conducting buy side research, meeting both management of mid- and large cap corporations worldwide with focus on the  US, Europe and Emerging Markets. Responsible for building up a leading asset management group in New York. Chaired various Investment Oversight Committees for endowments, pension funds and mutual fund groups. Actively held conferences throughout the US and Europe, speaking at seminars and to the press domestically and overseas. Was recognized and ranked for over 15 years as a Top Quartile Manager with the distinction of 5 and 4-Star Morningstar Portfolio Manager and Top ranked Lipper Manager on both Global and Emerging Markets.

He was born and he studied in Ticino. In 1988 he joined Swiss Bank Corporation as an “all-rounder”, spending his early carreer years in the private banking department in Lugano, Zurich, Miami and Caracas. His most recent position was at Credit Suisse as “managing director” in charge of the team covering “Andean Pact  region – Caribbean and Central America”. Since ten years he is working independently with focus on family office services for UHNWI in Latin-America and Europe.

José Marco Casellini

Managing Partner

A Swiss lawyer specialized in corporate finance and investment issues, he has acquired long-standing experience in domestic and cross-border transactions with particular skills for the development and acquisition of global commercial opportunities in the marine field and yachting. Mr. Casellini currently advises international companies active in the manufacture and sale of marine technologies for military and industrial markets. José Marco Casellini is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and has a law degree from the University of Economics and Law of Neuchatel and he is a licensed asset manager in Switzerland and the United States. He is a partner of the Swiss law firm Gambazzi Berra, with representative offices also in Montecarlo, Boca Raton, United States and in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
